This facility is located in Ganzhou,Jiangxi Province, a drive for a 3 hours from our HQ office or fly directly to the city airport, this base is where the orders getting started from the bulk cutting, sewing, and to the final packaging, to meet with the world operating standard the company get complied with BSCI,SEDEX,ISO9001, GRS & RCS certifications.

Tow automatic cutters with the output of 25.000 pieces daily,100% complied with the accuracy approved by client or from the measurement chart.
Sewing Lines
Ten bridge system system lines with more than 200 sewers, 1400 pcs production capacity offered per line, 14.000 pcs of sewing output can finished per day.
Bulk Inspection
Quality control from bulk fabric and trims ready, after cutted,first piece finish, inline inspection, offline bulk final inspection.
